Lens Review - Pinky Paradise - G&G Shinny Grey/ Puffy 3 Tone

This will be my very first blogpost, and I'm really excited to start this blog.

Today, I'll be reviewing a pair of circle lenses sent to me by PinkyParadise. The lenses sent to me are the G&G Shinny Grey lenses. When I saw these lenses on the Pinkyparadise website I knew I wanted to try them because I thought the colour actually resembles my own eye colour. I know that some people prefer unnatural and/or crazy designs with lenses, but personally I prefer lenses to look as natural as possible, to create a cute but subtle look.

Alright :) While there weren't many pictures on the website (wel.. only one actually), they do look good to me.

The package I received included the lenses, a macaron lens case and some 'sheets' to keep your hair out of your face. I think it's nice they included the 'sheets' as a small gift :)

When I tried these lenses on, I was amazed at how easy it was to put them in. I'm not used to wearing contacts and it usually takes me ages to put in any kind of lens, but it only took me a few tries to get these in. They didn't irritate my eyes either, which is a good thing!

Yay! Like what I expected, these really resemble my natural eye colour quite a bit. I love them! They're definitely enlarging, but not in a completely unnatural way. The "ring" around the iris isn't too overpowering. I'm very happy with how these look on me.

After wearing the lenses for a few hours, my eyes still weren't irritated by them. The only problem I had was the right lens sliding down a tiny but after I put it on, but once it "settled" I didn't have that problem anymore.

Rating:
Colour: 5/5 very natural
Enlargement: 4/5 They made my eyes look really dolly, though for an even more enlarging effect, one should probably opt for an even bigger diameter as these were 'only' 14.5mm.
Comfort: 4.5/5 These were easy to put on and didn't irritate my eyes, the only problem was the lens sliding down after application.

Conclusion: I would definitely recommend these lenses for daily wear if you're looking for enlarging lenses that aren't too unnatural.
